The location on Santurce was pretty central to all we wanted to do, Ubers were cheap to get around. The rooms have a fun modern motif, beds were comfortable. Rooftop has nice views. Good restaurants nearby.

The location is convenient and feels safe. Room size good; clean; good king size mattress; microwave and fridge in room, but no coffeemaker. Very friendly staff. Do not miss the rooftop! Great place to sit at night and enjoy the view over San Juan. Lots of good restaurants in the neighborhood and also a supermarket - 3 min walk.

We had an early arrival, and the staff made it possible to check in earlier than the regular hour, so this was highly appreciated! The room was big and clean and the bed very confortable! Thank you so much for everything!

Hotel has a great location = Old San Juan is 30 minutes by walk or 10 minutes by public scooter, lagoon bay is behind the corner with a small beach. The room was pretty spacious and clean. As an additional points are for rooftop terrasse with a nice view to Old San Juan and lagoon 👌🏼

There was a washer and dryer and the rooftop patio. It was on a street close to multiple restaurants and a grocery store. I loved the huge window in our room and the views at night.

I liked the hotel room. It was clean, spacious and, more important, quiet. The hotel is well located in the Miramar neighborhood close to many restaurants and to the Condado lagoon.

I stay here every time I travel to San Juan. This hotel is close to very good restaurants, the cinema and Condado. The staff all of them make you feel great with their greetings and Cust service. Management is great and very cuat serv oriented.

The ladies at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. Even when there was a rush at the desk, they remained cool and calm..and with a sense of humor!!! Nice for weary travellers. Also, the storage system of luggage before our cruise deported was a huge bonus.

This was one of the cleanest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. Even the bathroom was practically spotless. The king room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is located near a lot of decent and convenient food options, including a 24 hour restaurant right across the street. The rooftop deck is a very chill spot. We spent most evenings relaxing up there, and took home very fond memories of the great views of the city. I like that you can open the windows up a bit and get the breeze coming in off the water, which helps with the tropical humidity without having to blast the AC. Parking was also very easy, which was a huge relief after navigating the streets of San Juan all day.
